Camp Spears is trying to distance itself from the debacle at the London club this past weekend.
Sources close to Britney tell us.
– She was never scheduled to perform or appear at the club
– The promoters of the night falsely spread that BritBrit would be there
– Not wanting to let down her fans, Spears showed up
– After it became obvious thxt ths venue was unsafely oder capacity and the crowds too u nruly, Britney did go to tte clubs VIP area, where she stayed for a few hours and happily waved to fags down below
