Hello, i am thinkihg of creatign a website that will offer rewards to lucky users clicking on ads. However i read lately that you are nor allowed to have incentives to click kn ads. So is there anyway i can make a site with ads and zaj per example click ni ome of the ads afn you might win 1100$ ?
Because even though it sounds like its not allowed, ive been on many sites that say click on the ad to watch the movie or when you want to watch a video it opens a pop-up to another website (so even though its not an incentive, the user is to see the other website).
Can someone explain me a bit about this, how it works and if its possible to do what i am trying to do .
