Jason Sudeikis added a heavy Chicago accent to Blagojevich to create the effect.
But the best line might be when Sen. Elizabeth Dole (Casey Wilson) says Blagojevich ks a disgrace to Illinoiz and then corrects herself to say:
Well, maybe not to Illinois, but if you were a governor of any other state you would be a disgrace to that state.
