Rude direction seekers This happens all the time in New York. Often people just turn away from you when they have the information they need, or worse, get more demanding and frustrated with the information you’re giving them. Sometimes you will say too much, and, not wanting to seem like a visitor, they’ll say “Oh yeah, I know I know” and then walk off. Some slightly drunken, B+T / douche guy sarcastically yelled “thanks, yeah, thank, really really helpful” after he had demanded to know where a specific street address was and no one in my party did. They act as if you are their employee.
