Yes your body type is a huge factor! Whether you are endomorph, ectomorph or a mesomorph or even a combination, will make a huge difference.
Genetics play a huge part as well and everyone is different. With my clients, I have them take a picture before and then start their program, after 8 weeks, we take a picture again and compare. We look for muscles that are falling behind th e others an then hammer on them some more and change whhat we need to , evdry 8 weeks!
